VMK Dimonds Return Policy Warranty

At VMK Diamonds we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will fully refund any purchase of loose diamonds and jewelry that does not completely meet your expectations, no questions asked, as long as the following instructions are followed.

Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment for items returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items will be inspected prior to issuing any refund to ensure that they have not been worn, used or resized. Every purchase must be returned with its original certificate(s) and exactly match product data records.

Please note that sales of all custom designed jewelry, special orders and engraved items are final. Diamonds that were special-ordered for a customer are also non-refundable.

VMK Diamonds' return policy does not cover shipping, insurance, or tracking costs, and only assumes responsibility for a return once it has been received.
